BRIAN MARQUIS PREMIERES “FROM BOSTON” MUSIC VIDEO VIA THE BOSTON GLOBE

Today, Brian Marquis has partnered with The Boston Globe for the premiere of his new music video for “From Boston”, directed by Jorge Suarez. The video was filmed on the streets of Boston, featuring nearly every notable local landmark, and shows Boston through Marquis’ eyes.

THE DEAR HUNTER ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM ACT IV: REBIRTH IN REPRISE

Today, The Dear Hunter – featuring multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and songwriter Casey Crescenzo – premieres their new live video for “Bring You Down” on FuseTV. This song is from the band’s 2013 release Migrant. This stunning version of “Bring You Down” features accompaniment from a live string quartet, and is the first track on their recently released album, The Dear Hunter Live. The video was filmed entirely by the band while performing on stage using GoPro cameras. The footage was later edited together by their friend Brittany Joyner and set to their opening song.

Dallas, TX-based instrumental outfit Polyphia is now offering a full album stream of their remastered debut full-length, Muse – which is out today on Headphone Music, an imprint of Equal Vision Records. The stream is available now on Youtube.com/equalvision.

The band has also just premiered an impressive new drum and bass playthrough for “Sweet Tea” via Modern Drummer, that is now available on Youtube.com/Polyphia, as well. I THE MIGHTY ANNOUNCE HEADLINE DATES

Starting June 25, I The Mighty will hit the road for a headlining tour with Hail The Sun and Too Close to Touch. The band will also celebrate the release of their forthcoming album Connector (out 6/2) on May 31 in San Francisco, with a hometown record release show that includes special guests Hit The Lights and Belle Noire. TEXAS IN JULY ANNOUNCES FAREWELL EUROPEAN TOUR

Today, Texas In July has started to announce their final shows together. The band has announced their farewell European tour – which will feature festival appearances at Jera On Air, Graspop, and With Full Force Festival – and select shows with the likes of Chelsea Grin and Walking With Strangers.

The Ephrata, PA-based band originally formed in 2007 and signed to Equal Vision Records in 2010. Texas In July is currently comprised of JT Cavey (vocals), Adam Gray (drums), Chris Davis (lead guitar), and Benjamin Witkowski (bass).

Trey The Ruler, aka Trey Hales, has signed to Headphone Music / Equal Vision Records. The Portland, OR-based spoken word performer will release his new four track EP, It’s All Down Hell From Here, on May 26.
