YouInSeries supporting Fear Before The March of Flames on summer tour

We are proud to announce that the opening slot on Fear Before The March of Flames’ summer headlining tour has been filled by labelmates YouInSeries!

The Las Vegas based YouInSeries stepped up after the original supporting band, Hot Cross, broke up just days before the tour was set to begin.

For most of last year, YouInSeries had been living in dormancy following two substantial member changes. Now they’re back and stronger than ever, and have welcomed new members Kevin Ryan (guitar) and Daniel Conway (drums) to their lineup.

The band released their debut album, Outside We Are Fine through Equal Vision in May 2006 and followed the release with a nationwide tour with Circa Survive and The Receiving End of Sirens.

Just days before their scheduled tour with Fear Before The March of Flames and This Will Destroy You, influential Philadelphia-based four-piece Hot Cross have broken up. Last Friday the band released a note through their website simply stating:

Thanks for everything. We are indefinitely inactive as of 7/6/07. No reason to get into why this is happening. Just know we appreciate your support over the last seven years.

For the majority of their career, Hot Cross put out their own releases through drummer Greg Drudy’s own Level Plane Records, booked their own tours, and navigated every aspect of their band. While Chiodos were recording Bone Palace Ballet last month in Lexington, Kentucky, two lucky winners of an MTV2 sponsored contest were flown down to the scorching south to spend a day with the band. They got to sit in on the recording sessions and got an advance preview of the songs on Bone Palace Ballet before anyone else!

Chiodos ‘Bone Palace Ballet’ album artwork revealed

Cover artwork for the upcoming Chiodos album, Bone Palace Ballet (in stores September 4th) has been revealed! Click here to see the artwork, which was once again created by Paul Romano, who created the original artwork for the band’s previous album All’s Well That Ends Well back in 2005.

The Vans Warped Tour 2007 kicked off last Friday and after only four shows, Chiodos are slated as one of the top acts to see on the tour! If you’d like to see Chiodos play an extra 10 minutes on Warped, demand it! The most demanded band will get a longer set time, and Chiodos will even play a new song from Bone Palace Ballet!
