Olympia to release Emergencies on April 3rd

Washington DC’s Olympia, which is comprised of former members of Fairweather and Brand New Disaster, have announced April 3rd as the release date for their Hope Division/Equal Vision Records debut, Emergencies.

This month, Olympia will be on tour with Dance Gavin Dance as they make their way down to The SXSW Music Conference in Austin, TX where they’ll be hanging on beautiful 6th Street for a few days. On March 15th, they’ll perform at Equal Vision Records SXSW showcase at Sprio’s, and on March 17th, they’ll play Alternative Press Magazine’s annual show/party/funfest at Emo’s.

At this year’s SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas, Equal Vision Records will be sharing a showcase with The Shirts For A Cure Project, Photo Finish Records, and!

Modern Life Is War signs with Equal Vision Records

We are proud to announce that Iowa-based melodic hardcore/punk band, Modern Life Is War, have signed with Equal Vision Records.

“We chose to sign with Equal Vision for a couple reasons,” explains vocalist Jeffrey Eaton. “Number One, because they can give us the support we need to keep touring year round.
