This past June marked five years since cancer took the life of former Saves The Day and Hands Tied member Sean McGrath. To commemorate this sad anniversary, The Sean McGrath Fund has made two new grants: $750 to the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) and $750 to two separate NYC public school guitar programs. In addition to last month's grants, The Sean McGrath Fund has also been lending support to cancer support groups, health care for uninsured musicians, and scholarships to music therapy students since Sean's passing in 2004.
