Nashville’s Better Off is now streaming their devastatingly beautiful sophomore full-length, Milk, in full at

“The thing that makes Milk most exciting for us as a band is the natural growth that happened in the process. We figured out what Better Off is supposed to sound like,” shares vocalist/guitarist Luke Granered. “It goes up and down. It gets happy, it gets sad. It goes fast, it goes slow. It gets heavy, it gets light. But you should know it’s us when you hear it.”

Milk is out today worldwide via Equal Vision Records. The album was produced by Arun Bali (of Saves The Day), engineered/mixed by Matt McClellan (Being As An Ocean, Better Off), and mastered by Kris Crummett (The Early November, The Story So Far). Milk is the follow-up to Better Off’s most recent 7″/digital single release of “Meth Head” and their 2013 debut LP (I Think) I’m Leaving.

Better Off recently wrapped up a tour with Basement, Whirr, and LVL UP and is now out on tour with Bayside and The Early November. In October, Better Off will continue their nearly non-stop tour schedule with a month long run of dates supporting Pentimento. All upcoming tour dates can be found below.

The band has previously toured and shared stages with the diverse likes of New Found Glory, Taking Back Sunday, Motion City Soundtrack, Vinnie Caruana, Copeland, Defeater, and more.

Better Off is Luke Granered (guitar/vocals), Jon Dalman (bass), Charles Miller (drums) and Hunter Walls (guitar).

Physical copies of the album are available now at Bull Moose, Dimple, Hastings, Independent, Newbury Comics, Rolling Stone, Silver Platters, The Exclusive Company, Vintage Vinyl, Zia, Amazon, MerchNOW, and more. Digital retailers for Milk include iTunes, AmazonMP3 and GooglePlay.
