Exclaim! premieres Upgrade HipHop’s new music video for “Noto’s Blue Period”

Exclaim has premiered a new video by Upgrade HipHop (aka Upgrade) this morning. “Noto’s Blue Period,” given visual treatment will appear on the full-length album Chemical Imbalance: Another Dose to drop via Equal Vision Records (Weerd Science, Circa Survive) on November 13th.

An introspective track dealing with inner darkness, Upgrade said of the song “”Noto’s Blue Period” is about a friend of mine, Noto, who is an incredible artist but has been dealing with major depression and OCD, I named it his ‘blue’ period because Picasso had a series of paintings done during his own ‘blue’ period inspired by a friend of his that committed suicide.”
