New Jersey’s Gatherers (previously known as Gatherer) has announced that their sophomore full-length, Quiet World, will be released on July 31 through Equal Vision Records. This Summer, the band will head out on the 2015 Common Vision Tour alongside Every Time I Die, Real Friends, Counterparts, Gnarwolves, and Brigades, with the tour kicking off on July 23 in Richmond, VA.

Gatherers recently premiered a new song and music video for “God Deluxe” via BrooklynVegan. The video is now available at as well. Today, Gatherers has also released a live video performance of the song, via Little Elephant Live.

“This was one of the last songs we wrote for our upcoming full-length but ultimately we liked the idea of opening our record with this utterly filthy bass line,” the band reveals. “Thematically, “God Deluxe” deals with consumerism and our constant need to industrialize at all costs. There’s something terribly ugly with a culture that thrives on false needs, many of which delude people to the point of detachment from one another. Who can build it higher? Who can wear it sexier? Whatever it is, we need it now and we will literally kill for it.”

“God Deluxe” is out now as a one-song 7″ vinyl, and is also available as an instant grat track with all album pre-orders through MerchNOW, iTunes and AmazonMP3.

Gatherers released their first EP Postcards in March 2012, followed by their debut full-length Caught Between a Rock and a Sad Place in June 2013, both under the band’s original moniker of ‘Gatherer’.

Gatherers is comprised of Rich Weinberger (vocals), Adam Cichocki (drums), Matt Popowski (bass), Austin Lipinski (guitar), and Gianmarco Felix Guerra-Coletti (guitar).
