Northern Faces to co-headline with Buried Beds
Equal Vision Records’ Northern Faces will head out on a short East Coast co-headline tour this January with Buried Beds.
Northern Faces’ debut show was an opening slot for The Kooks and Royal Teeth in early 2012. The band has since shared stages with The 1975, Say Anything, RX Bandits, Electric Guest, Civil Twilight, Futurebirds, Heartless Bastards and many more; And has performed at festivals such as SXSW and CMJ.
This past February, the four-piece outfit signed to Equal Vision Records and released their debut effort, a six song EP called Southern Places. The EP is out now and available to stream HERE.
Northern Faces also just recently debuted a three-part, live video series of the band performing at Metro in Chicago, IL during their recent tour with RX Bandits. The videos, which were filmed by Made of Chalk, are available on youtube.com/equalvision, and feature “Under My Skin”, “Finding Hope” and a brand new, unreleased song called “Strange Place”.
Northern Faces is currently writing for their debut full-length album, which is expected to be released in 2014. The Albany, NY-based indie outfit features Marco Testa and Bryan Shortell on vocals and guitars, Matt Ippolito on bass, and Mike Ryan on drums. All upcoming tour dates can be found below.
