We Came As Romans premiere “Fade Away” music video
Detroit, MI-based band We Came As Romans is now premiering their stunning, cinematic music video for “Fade Away” on Youtube, which can be viewed HERE. The video was directed by Rasa Acharya and Dan Kennedy (We Came As Romans, Say Anything) and filmed in New York.
“Having the whole band involved in the storyline was something we had never done before and we’re all very pleased with how it came out,” shares vocalist Dave Stephens. “It was also really awesome and different for us to do a video with so many special effects. We had a blast making it and it’s always a pleasure to work with Dan and Rasa. This is my favorite video we’ve ever done.”
We Came As Romans also recently announced The Tracing Back Roots Tour, presented by Tilly’s and MerchNOW and in association with Alternative Press and Secret Artist. The full US-headline tour kicks off on October 2 in Grand Rapids, MI and wraps up in the band’s hometown of Detroit, MI on November 3. The tour will also feature special guests: Silverstein, Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!, the Color Morale, and Dangerkids.
Immediately following their US headliner, the band will return overseas for Vans Off The Wall Music Night with Parkway Drive, which includes Vans Warped Tour UK/Europe, before wrapping up the year with Vans Warped Tour Australia.
We Came As Romans is touring in support of their new full-length album, Tracing Back Roots, which was released on July 23 and debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart, No. 1 on the Independent, Internet and Hard Rock Albums Charts and No. 2 on the Rock Albums Chart.
Tracing Back Roots was recorded in Los Angeles with renowned producer John Feldmann [The Used, Black Veil Brides, All Time Low] – a dream come true for the band, whose average age is just 23 years old. We Came As Romans is comprised of Dave Stephens [vocals], Kyle Pavone [vocals], Joshua Moore [lyrics/guitar], Eric Choi [drums], Lou Cotton [guitar] and Andrew Glass [bass].
